Teeth whitening

Whitening brightens your teeth without any drilling. The dentist checks your teeth and gums first to make sure it is safe and advises on a realistic shade.

Free examination and consultationThe dentist recommends a treatment plan tailored to you.
The basics

What is teeth whitening?

The dentist uses a professional whitening gel to lighten the colour of your enamel. How white your teeth get depends on their starting shade and each person.

01

Check before whitening

Checking for decay, worn enamel and gum inflammation; cleaning tartar if needed.

02

In-clinic whitening

Done under the dentist’s supervision, with results visible after the session.

03

Keeping the result

Limit dark drinks and keep teeth clean; a top-up may be advised later.

Who it suits

When should you consider whitening?

  • Teeth are yellowed or dull from coffee, tea or smoking.
  • You want brighter teeth before an important event.
  • Your natural teeth are healthy, with few fillings or crowns on the front teeth.
  • You want a better smile without drilling.

Whitening only lightens natural teeth. It doesn’t change the colour of fillings or porcelain. Some severe stains may need another option such as veneers; the dentist will advise.

Process

What happens during in-clinic whitening?

The dentist checks first that your teeth and gums are ready for whitening.

    Exam & shade check

Teeth and gums are examined and your starting shade recorded.

  2. 02

Your plan

Your personal whitening plan

The dentist will examine you in person, then recommend a treatment plan and costs that suit you.

  1. 01

    Quick online advice

Message us on WhatsApp or Zalo, or book online. We’ll reply and arrange a convenient time for your visit.

  2. 02

    Free examination and consultation

At the clinic, your dentist examines you, recommends a treatment plan and explains the costs.

Your plan depends on

  • Your starting shade and how bright you want to go.
  • The whitening package you choose.
  • Whether cleaning or treatment is needed before whitening.

Quality comes first

  • A dentist examines you personally and explains your situation.
  • Your treatment plan and costs are explained before treatment starts, so you can make an informed decision.
  • No extra charges without discussing them with you first.

The examination and consultation are free (X-rays not included). If an X-ray is needed, the dentist explains why before taking it.

Aftercare

Keeping your teeth white

A few small habits help your result last longer.

  • For the first 24-48 hours, limit coffee, tea, red wine and coloured soft drinks.
  • Teeth may feel slightly sensitive after whitening; this usually eases within a few days.
  • Use a sensitive toothpaste if the dentist recommends it.
  • Cut down on smoking so teeth don’t stain again quickly.
  • Brush daily and have regular professional cleaning.
  • Contact the clinic if sensitivity lasts.

Can’t find your answer? Message us on WhatsApp or Zalo.

Ask on Zalo
Does whitening damage enamel?

When the dentist examines you and it is done as indicated, whitening is considered safe. Teeth may feel slightly sensitive for a short time.

Will my teeth feel sensitive?

Some people feel mild sensitivity for the first few days. The dentist can advise how to reduce it.

How long does it last?

It depends on what you eat and drink, smoking and oral hygiene. Limiting dark food and drinks helps it last.

Will crowns or fillings get whiter?

No. Whitening only lightens natural teeth; crowns and fillings keep their colour.

Who shouldn’t whiten their teeth?

People with untreated decay or gum inflammation should be treated first. Whitening is usually postponed during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

How much does teeth whitening cost?

You will receive a free examination and consultation at the clinic, where the dentist recommends a treatment plan and costs that suit your teeth. Message us on WhatsApp or Zalo for quick advice or to book a visit. X-rays, if needed, are not included in the free consultation; the dentist explains this before taking them.
